Introduction

Harmonia Path SRL ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Harmonia Path website at harmoniapath.com and the Harmonia Path mobile application (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our mobile app is designed so that your personal content — including your Food Journal entries, course tool responses, and personal notes — stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Our company is registered in Romania at Str. Soporului, nr. 8, bl. A2, sc. 3, et. 2, apt 137, Cluj-Napoca, jud. Cluj, Romania.

Age Requirement

Our Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

Information We Collect

We collect different types of information depending on how you interact with our Service. Some information you provide directly when creating an account or making a purchase, while other information is collected automatically to keep the app running smoothly and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Information You Provide to Us

When you purchase a course or create an account, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your country of residence
  • Your payment information (processed securely by our payment providers — see "Payment Processing" below)

This information is collected through our course platform, Kajabi, when you create an account or make a purchase.

Information Collected Automatically

On our website, we use:

  • Cookies: Our website, hosted on Kajabi, uses cookies to enable essential site functionality, maintain your login session, and remember your preferences. Kajabi may also use cookies for its own analytics purposes. For more details on Kajabi's cookie practices, please refer to Kajabi's privacy policy.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our website. This information is sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to Meta's Data Policy. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.

In our mobile app, we collect:

  • Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect crash logs when the app encounters errors. Crash reports may include your device model, operating system version, the state of the app at the time of the crash, and a device identifier. This data is used solely to identify and fix technical issues. No personal content from your app usage is included in crash reports.

App Permissions

Our mobile app may request the following device permissions. Both are optional — the app can be used without granting either of them.

  • Camera: If you choose to use the Food Journal feature to photograph your meals, the app will request access to your camera. Photos you take are stored exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.
  • Notifications: The app may request permission to send you local notifications. These are reminders to read your daily lessons, scheduled entirely on your device. These notifications are not sent from our servers — they are alarms set locally within the app. We do not use push notification services and do not receive any data from these notifications.

Information We Do Not Collect from the App

We want to be transparent about what stays private. The following data is created and stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

  • Food Journal entries (including food photos, descriptions, timing, and reasons for eating)
  • Your responses to course tools and exercises
  • Your Harmonia Tree progress data
  • Any personal reflections or notes you create within the app
  • Notification schedules and alarms you set within the app

If you delete the app or clear its data, this locally stored information will be permanently lost, as we do not have copies of it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and deliver the courses you purchase
  • To manage your account and authenticate your login
  • To send you course-related communications, updates, and support via email
  • To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising
  • To diagnose and fix technical issues in our app using crash reports
